50 Bets Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

1. Introduction & Definitions

50 Bets (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Company") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 50 Bets website, mobile application, and all associated services.

The following definitions apply to key terms used throughout these Terms:

2. Eligibility & Registration

To open an account and use the services on 50 Bets, the following conditions must be met:

• The applicant must be at least at least 18 years of age is required.
• The applicant must be the owner of an active mobile number.
• Each individual may only one account open. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be cancelled and any funds held may be forfeited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and your own.
• Residents of countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law are not permitted to open an account.

Once registration is complete, 50 Bets reserves the right to verify your information at any time. You may be asked to provide a national ID, passport, or other supporting documents.

3. Account Management

Keeping your 50 Bets account secure is entirely your responsibility. Please keep the following points in mind:

• Never share your login password with anyone.
• Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or rented to another person.
• If you believe your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, contact our support team immediately.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months), it may be flagged as dormant.

50 Bets offers two-factor authentication (2FA). We strongly recommend keeping it enabled for the security of your account.

4. Deposits & Payments

50 Bets supports popular mobile payment methods in Bangladesh. The general deposit policies are as follows:

• Minimum Deposit Amount: BDT 10 (Ten Taka)।
• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers.
• Deposits are typically 1 to 3 minutes credited to your account.
• Payments made in a third party's name are not permitted — the payment account and registered name must match.
• 50 Bets does not charge any deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Once a deposit has been completed, it cannot be reversed.

5. Withdrawals & Payouts

The following policies apply when withdrawing winnings from 50 Bets:

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: BDT 200 (Two Hundred Taka)।
• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method (bKash/Nagad/Rocket) and the same number used for the original deposit.
• Standard withdrawal processing takes 24 to 72 hours may take some time.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from bonus funds.
• The daily maximum withdrawal limit is set by 50 Bets and is subject to change.
• Withdrawal requests may be temporarily held and investigated if fraud is suspected.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

50 Bets regularly offers various bonuses and promotional deals. The following general terms apply when you accept any of these offers:

• Each bonus offer has its own specific terms, which are listed on the offer page.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per member.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must be completed first.
• There is a set time limit for meeting wagering requirements; any bonus not cleared within that period will be forfeited.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same device, IP address, or payment method may result in all associated accounts being cancelled.
• 50 Bets reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

7. Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on 50 Bets across sports such as cricket, football, kabaddi, and casino games:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless 50 Bets initiates the cancellation.
• If a bet is not confirmed due to a lost internet connection or a technical error, that bet will be considered void.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• 50 Bets reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds or odds resulting from a technical error.
• Odds in live betting change rapidly. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.
• Maximum payout limits may vary by game and event.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 50 Bets platform. Any involvement in these activities will result in immediate account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or concealing your identity.
• Match-fixing or placing bets with prior knowledge of a match's outcome.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive behavior on the platform.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• Information collected during registration and KYC is used solely for identity verification and compliance with legal obligations.
• Your personal information is never sold to third parties.

10. Responsible Gaming

50 Bets believes gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of addiction. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and betting limits.
• You can use the "Cooling-Off Period" feature to take a temporary break whenever needed.

11. Account Closure & Suspension

• If the account was registered with false information.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Engaging in prohibited activities (Section 8).
• At the direction of legal authorities.

Members may close their account at any time. In such cases, any valid balance in the account (excluding bonus funds) will be available for withdrawal.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

50 Bets reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. When changes are made:

• Members will be notified via email or platform notification prior to any significant changes taking effect.
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
